Return Policy

We hope you love your CASMIR pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

- Items must be unworn and unwashed. The items must not have any stains and be in perfect condition.

- Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

To start a return, please email hello@shopcasmir.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as CASMIR is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Once your return is received, inspected and determined eligible, you will receive the refund.
